CONFIRMATION LEARNING
We offer Confirmation classes for grades 6-9 on Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:15pm. Students spend their 10th grade year with an adult mentor and are confirmed in the fall of 11th grade. Register online for Church School & Confirmation.

10TH GRADE MENTOR YEAR
In their 10th Grade year, students choose a mentor to walk alongside them in this period of their faith journey. Through scheduled events, learning opportunities, and one-on-one conversations students shift their focus to a more practical and personal application of their faith. This year enables students to prepare for the promises they will make as they affirm their Baptisms the fall of their 11th grade year.

MILESTONE MINISTRIES
We will be hosting Milestone Ministries events for each age/grade level. These may take place via Zoom, or if CDC, County, and City guidelines permit, we may host these as in-person sessions in small groups (socially distant, with masks required and families seated around tables). Please follow the link below and register your learner(s) on the appropriate sign-up. Reminders and other details will be emailed closer to the events.

YOUTH GROUPS

4G
4G is a weekly gathering of young people in grades 6-8 on Wednesdays from 8:15 - 9:00 p.m. in the lower level youth room. We will play games, eat, have fun, and grapple with questions middle schoolers ask about family, friends, and faith.

RE:NEW
Weekly High School Youth Group meets Wednesday nights 8:15-9:00 p.m. in the upstairs youth lounge. This time is designed for you to get together with your friends, hang out, share conversations, grow in your faith, share food and laughs, and support each other in challenges you may face during your week.

EVENTS / RETREATS

CASTAWAY RETREATS
Usually held at the end of September, this retreat is a gathering across our Synod with High School students from Fargo to Devils Lake, Grafton to Wahpeton attending this weekend. It is filled with the music our youth love, worship in camp/praise style, learning, free time, and more. A registration form is available at the office and more information will be sent directly to students/parents.

SUMMER BIBLE CAMP OPPORTUNITIES
Bible Camp is a wonderful opportunity for youth to spend time together outdoors in God’s wonderful creation and learn and grow in their faith. Watch for registration in spring.

YOUTH MISSION TRIPS
These summer trips offer a chance to serve others in a location outside of our church walls and home town! We usually partner with YouthWorks! for these mission experiences. Contact the FFM staff for more information.

Faith Formation Ministries recognizes that the seed of faith starts at birth and it is our covenant to grow and nurture that faith by building relationships with our young people, by supporting young people's relationships with God, by living one’s faith through mission and service, and by experiencing faith as a vibrant and compassionate way to live life connected to God and others.
